I run a busy law practice in Wells, Maine and have used the services offered by Family Care Services in a number of different situations. Our clients have benefited from the use of family Care Services for supervised exchanges as well as supervised visitation. I have found that the supervised exchanges allow for a safe and low cost option in situations that would otherwise be potentially harmful to the custodial parent. The children are insulated from conflict and are able to successfully maintain a relationship with both parents as a result of the service. In addition, supervised and semi-supervised visits are an educational opportunity for parents to see their children and maintain a relationship in a safe manner.
