Directions
From the Biddeford exit on I-95 take a right onto Rt. 111. Follow to Rt. 202 west. At the intersection of Routes 202 and 109 (Main St.) take a Rt. onto Rt. 109. Follow to traffic light in Springvale. At light take a right. After going over the bridge go straight up the hill (Payne St.) and take a left into the parking lot of Notre Dame Catholic Church. Family Care Services is the large brick building in the right and rear of the parking lot.
From the Wells exit on I-95 take a right off the exit and follow Rt. 109 through Sanford and into Springvale. At the light in Springvale you will see a Rite Aid on one corner and a Key Bank on another. Take a right onto Bridge St. After going over the bridge go straight up the hill (Payne St.) and take a left into the parking lot of Notre Dame Catholic Church. Family Care Services is the large brick building in the right and rear of the parking lot.
From the west (Acton, Shapleigh area) take Rt. 109 into Springvale. At the light in Springvale you will see a Rite Aid on one corner and a Key Bank on another.
